Tensor not only provide solutions to your visitor monitoring software and hardware requirements, we also provide bureau services, ideal should you wish to outsource the administration and management of your ID card production.

The bureau service is designed primarily for the production of plastic ID cards for your permanent members of staff. For the design of the low-cost paper reproductions, you need to visit the visitor pass section.

Onsite Bureau Services

Our mobile photography unit will visit your site, bringing all the necessary equipment with us to produce your name badges.

We will take the photo images of your staff, enter all of the information onto your ID card system, print the ID badges and present your cards to your employees.

In the likely event that not all members of your organisation are onsite during the visit, your Tensor representative will provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to take and forward on any missing images for later ID card production at our dedicated facility.

This also applies when a new member of staff joins your organisation and they require an identity card.

Offsite Bureau Services

There are two options available based on whether or not you wish to design the ID cards yourself.

You can either send us the background, names and images of your employees, and Tensor will produce your ID cards at our dedicated ID card production facility, or our inhouse graphic artists will design your ID badge for you and you simply supply the names and images of your employees.

Once your design is approved for production, it is quick and easy to request new cards for new employees - all you have to do is send us the name details and image files.

Tensor Design Wizard

Currently in development is the Tensor Design Wizard, which guides you through the design process encorporating pre-designed backgrounds and layouts to help you achieve the look you are looking for.

Tensor have the capability to produce not only ID and membership cards for use with our systems, but also multi-function ID badges compatible with most access control or time and attendance systems.
