Contactless smart cards can be used to operate your visitor monitoring system.

Radio Frequency technology is embedded into the smart card giving a read range of up to 20cm, which is unaffected by most external conditions.

The microchip embedded in the smart card is a passive device which holds a unique factory encoded ID number that cannot be duplicated. With up to 34 billion different combinations of ID number, there is no chance of duplication.

Our most popular smart card is the T1305, which is approximately the same size as a standard credit card, and is thin and flexible enough to be carried in your purse or wallet. Constructed from reinforced plastic, the T1305 is one of the most durable budget smart cards available.

T1305 Smart Card

T1305 smart cards have a new white shell type case and a bevelled edge for simple identification. They have optional adhesive labels for attaching a photograph and company logo onto the card using plastic card printers.

T1306 Smart Card

T1306 smart cards are primarily designed for the food industry. They can be quickly detected by a metal detector if the card should accidentally fall into food, and are bright blue in colour for easy identification.

T1315 Smart Card

T1315 smart cards are supplied with a barcode or standard magnetic stripe for dual purpose applications. They are ideal for direct printing of a photo or company logo using magicard printers.

T1318 MIFARE© Smart Card

T1318 smart cards the most widely installed contactless smart card technology in the world. It is the recommended solution if you have additional systems installed that also use contactless or dual interface smart cards.

Tensor smart cards have no on-board battery that can fail, so theoretically, each card has an infinite life and can be read an infinite number of times.
